5) Secure small coat rack to wall
5) Drywall small portion of upper wall in office 2x10
6) Fix/Straighten ceiling tiles
7) Fix flooring (small gaps in dance floor)
8) Paint Small Office - 8x10
Hourly. 2-3 day job
