We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other construction elements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Hourly rate based on experience. Willing to train.
