I'm 5 foot 4 inches, usually wear size 4-6. The dress is meant to fit tighter than I wore it. It has a slit that starts at about mid-thigh. When I wore it, I realized the top was too big for me so I won't wear it again.

I stated the size as medium. The size is actually large, but I would say it is a smaller fit vs. true to size.
