Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for our company, both in person and on the phone
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
* Manage office supplies and ensure a tidy and organized workspace
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report preparation
* Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and catering
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
* Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
