Eagle Nest Lodge is located in the Whitehall Provincial Park. We are accessible by boat or plane only. The ideal person has experience cooking breakfast and doing prep work in the kitchen. Although not required, some baking knowledge is a plus. Your responsibilities would included guest and staff breakfast, staff lunch and some staff dinners. Guest entrées, inventory and overall planning is lead by our head chef. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen is mandatory. Must be a team player and flexible about small changes. Individuals who have worked in a remote environment, who are familiar with using a grill, prep work and some baking knowledge is ideal. Will train within reason. Start date is July 4th. Our season ends until early October.
