Eight years ago, I embarked on my fitness journey. At first, my focus was solely on changing the way I looked through weight training. But as I got deeper into it, I realized fitness was so much more than just physical transformation. It became a powerful tool that strengthened me both mentally and physically—and eventually, it became a way of life.
With this new sense of purpose, I expanded my training to include Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art. I used this skill to help empower underprivileged women and children by working with an NGO in India called Naari Shakti. My dedication to the cause was recognized and even featured in Indian Express Media.
My fitness journey didn't stop there. I went on to pursue CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, pushing myself further and competing in several events. One of my proudest moments was securing second place in the 49kg weight category at the Intra State Delhi Olympic Weightlifting Competition.
With the experience and knowledge I've gained over the years, I began coaching clients—offering a personalized and holistic approach to fitness. I take the time to understand each person's unique needs, abilities, and preferences, so I can design training programs that truly work for them.

• Initial Assessment: I start by understanding your current fitness level, medical background, and
personal goals.
• Customized Plan: I design a workout plan tailored to your needs, combining strength, cardio,
flexibility, and other suitable exercises.
• Technique & Motivation: I guide you through proper form and technique, ensuring safety while keeping you motivated to push your limits.
Session Structure
• Warm-up: To prepare the body for exercise
• Step-by-Step Exercises: Finalized after the initial assessment
• Cool Down, Stretching, and Mobility: To aid recovery and prevent injury
• Q&A: To address any questions or concerns
What you need:
• 6 feet by 6 feet (1.8 meters by 1.8 meters), living room , bed room or
even kitchen area where ever you can move freely
