One 55” Roku smart tv, screen has a flicker problem. Not sure how to fix it.

One 40” Roku RCA smart TV, works but the screen is black, backlight needs to be replaced. Can see the screen, just ever so slightly.

One 43” RCA monitor. Works fine. Was going to remove the backlight from this and place it in the 40”, just don't have time or patience.
