Bought it to repair and upgrade from my older trailer but dont have time.

Needs roof repair and floor repair.
Tree fell on the roof a few months ago, the floor is soft by the kitchen sink I believe from it leaking, unrelated to the roof incident.
Tons of good parts if you want to take it apart.
