Im offering a Three- moths and two weeks workout program plan , Nutrition coaching with its respective folllow up and dancing lessons if applicable, where i will help you take you on a scale from 0 to 10 from 3 to 7 or 6 to 10 towards your goals, it will occur throughout a proven efficient, effective, safe and e enjoyable, individualized perriodized workout plan ,at which I will taking on boaed different aspects such as the following below
Your main goalls when it comes to fitnesss, nutritional and or dancing aspect if applicable
Your current fitnesss and health condition
Your fitness experience
Your hobbies
And things like that.
After one month in this training you will be able to see noticeable changes, good results, positive impact towards your goals for sure
This no a program that you ask your self if i achive my goals .this is all about , when I achive my Fitness, Nutrional and Dancing goals who am I going to share them with .
