This trailer is ready to take to your campsite next weekend! All appliances electrical, and water work well. Has a very good furnace and a small bathtub perfect for a family. Sleeps 6 very comfortably, has 1 queen bed,1 double, and a double if the table is folded. Has lots of storage and an awening.
We are also including a battery, propane tank, and covers for the pop it endes that help immensly with temperature control.
The canvas is in perfect condition.
The floor is solid, as we laid plywood over, but has some soft spots, seems like the boards underneath have shifted. The board on the queen bed has a small leak but can easily be repaired with some waterproofing tape.
