We are looking for a motivated Estimator who can visit potential clients, assess project needs, provide accurate quotes, and convert leads into satisfied customers. If you're confident, organized, and great with people – this is your chance to grow with a dynamic construction company.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Visit residential and commercial sites to assess project scope
Prepare and present estimates for demolition, renovation, and construction work.
Build strong client relationships and close deals on the spot
Follow up with leads, answer questions, and offer solutions
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handovers


*Requirements:*

✔️ Prior experience in construction/demolition estimating (min 5 years experience preferred)
✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔️ Ability to read drawings/blueprints
✔️ Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
