We are seeking a Marine and Powersport Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair work. If you are passionate about powersports and enjoy working with power tools, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize power tools to assemble, install, or repair machinery and equipment

-Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine and powersport equipment
- Inspect mechanical systems and identify issues
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Assist senior technicians troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement solutions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Document maintenance activities meticulously

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for learning and pursuing a career in powersports
Strong knowledge of marine and powersport systems and components
Has own tools
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
Ability to communicate orally effectively.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
