Wanted: 1 bedroom plus den or 2 bedroom
I am: single, working, mature male (50 ) with a small car (1 parking spot). Well employed (with paystub proof) and have lived only 2 places in the last 10 years so a very reliable tenant (never late or behind) with solid references.
I am seeking: a quiet place with a second bedroom or den as I work from home the majority of my days… would prefer a privately owned property. With limited need to travel to work, I would consider something with about 50km of HRM.
My current place\situation: my rent is capped to 5% increases annually until the end of 2027 but I am looking now… too little product to wait and see… I have been at my current location since 2019 and based on month to month lease, need 30 days' notice to quit. The right situation is far more important… wish to be long-term and under $1500 depending on what's included (heat, electricity, internet, etc.)
I am very capable… if this is a private property, snow and yard work can be discussed… I actually enjoy it!
