2008 Sunset Creek by Sunny Brook trailer: 30ft long, 1 slideout, 4 bunk beds in the back, sleeps 10 people. The trailer has been used as a stationary vacation spot for the past 12 years. It needs some TLC but it's in a good overall condition with a newer awning put in a year ago. Heat/AC/Fridge/Freezer work very well without any issues. Here is what would require some attention:
- one of the table bases needs to be replaced
- water heater has not been used so i'm not sure if it works
- has had a water leak in the front bedroom several years ago but it has been repaired and it's ok now
- battery is dead and hasn't been used in years
- no propane tanks
