The house is on Tamworth bay. Walking distance to University Manitoba. The room will be available by July! Student preferred! Only look for one person to occupy the room. The master bedroom has half bathroom attached ( including sink and toilet) and also has the private fridge ( pls see photos) The cost is $700 per month utilities included (included: utilities, laundry, hydro, Electricity, AC, Free wifi). The room is fully furnished (fridge, queen size bed and mattress , table, chair, study light, closets), and quiet environment.
