Our customer is looking for an experienced Wet Mix Team Lead with at least 2 years an experience and the ability to lift and push up to 60 lbs.

Position: Wet Mix Team Lead
Location: Concord, ON L4K 0A5
Shift: Monday to Friday
Timing: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM (busy time start and end times may vary).
Pay: $22-$24 (depend on experience)

Important Note: Should have own transportation as they finish late nights. Should be available to work weekends as needed during busy seasons and should be able to sustain 12 hours of shift some days.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Mix ingredients by following recipes and daily production schedules
• Measure, weigh, and pour raw materials into machines
• Use mixing equipment and small batch tools properly
• Report any equipment or batch problems to the supervisor
• Keep your work area clean and follow food safety rules
• Fill out production reports and record any unused materials
• Help clean equipment during changeovers and shutdowns
• Follow all safety and GMP procedures
• Work as part of a team and support new staff with training
• Report issues or safety concerns to your supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education level as a minimum requirement
• 2-3 years experience in manufacturing, preferably food/bakery.
• Effective ability to communicate clearly with individuals at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook) .
• Basic math skills (Addition-Subtraction-Multiplication-Division).
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of production management system (Syspro) is considered an asset.
• Ability to work with a team and independently with little to no supervision.
• Adaptable to changing conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• This role primarily works from 6 pm till 2:30 am, subject to start 1 to 2 hours early based on production needs.
• Lift and push up to 60lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
