Xpress Maintenance Services is a well-established fleet maintenance company serving Manitoba's transportation and logistics industry. With a fully equipped shop and a supportive team, we're looking for a skilled Red seal Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic to keep our fleet running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks
- Perform CVIP inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine servicing
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations to minimize downtime

Qualifications:

- Red Seal or Journeyperson certification & 4 years experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (Class 1 an asset)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Cummins, Detroit, or CAT engines is a plus
