I asked multiple times whether it was complete and without any issues. I purchased 4 figures, one of which he told me was missing one thing the night before (which is fine), one was missing an accessory he didn't mention and had a completely snapped arm, one had a very large smudge on the head sculpt, and only one was as described.

I messaged him and was blocked shortly after telling him the issues. No foul words or any sort of aggressive tone or words were used. Only proof and words.

Taking a large sum from somebody new to the hobby and giving broken and missing sets then blocking them is disgusting behaviour.
