The property is located within York University Village, which has close access to bus stops and finch west subway station. Five minutes walking distance to York University and Seneca College. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, closet, double size bed and wardrobe. There is access to a balcony. The room shares a full washroom with a clean and considerate female student. The rent is $950 per month.

Most tenants are young female university students or working professionals, every resident is focused on either academic or professional goal, the property is organized and peaceful. Therefore female applicants who share the similar mindsets are preferred.

The property is professionally managed. No parties, drugs, smoking, or pets are permitted on the property. Overnight stays and frequent guest visits are prohibited. One person per room only.
