My boyfriend and I are looking to rent out our spare room. We live together in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhouse and are happy to share our living area with a friendly, family oriented person.

Living with us would give you a room for rent with all utilities included and access to unlimited internet, on-site laundry, a dishwasher, as well as fridge and shelf space. There is lots of storage room in the massive closet in the room as well as the laundry room should you require it. Also a parking spot. We have two beautiful friendly golden retrievers.
