I focus on building a solid foundation mechanically so stress is taken off the arm and put on the body. I offer arm care programs along with throwing programs.
I work on developing body awareness with the athelete. Developing a understanding of their bodies along with the understanding of body sequencing.
I have 2 years experience in the njcaa and 2 years experience in the ncaa. All 4 years as a starter / closer.
I have over 7 years experience coaching/ instructing.
