Car was bought by my neighbour in 1980. He was a manager at Mercedes and bought this car for his wife. A miticulus older German man. He changed the exterior to 560. This car has not been driven in the rain for 45 years. It is as clean underneath as it is on top. 40 years of washing, waxing and polishing wore the paint down to the primer, it has had one repaint. Everything works A1. It's a pleasure to drive, but it's time to move on to the next toy. It has all books that came with the car as well as a 1980 car phone in the glove box.

I've had it four years and have had no problems. This car was made when Mercedes made their cars to last.
