Seeking a 2 or 3 bedroom basement/main floor apartment for myself and my 2 children ages 17 & 9. I work full-time as a DZ driver and being able to provide employment letters and pay stubs is not a problem - I'm currently renting a brand new build but I'm paying $3,300 for the rent and utilities and I'm looking for something much more reasonable and smaller - My only downfall is that I'm not looking to sign a 1 year lease as I'm waiting on a housing unit within the next year and a half - I also don't own any pets and do not smoke inside but I do smoke marijuana in the evening outside to sleep (it is legally prescribed to me) so I need someone who would be ok with that - Looking in the Brampton/Caledon area if possible - Let me know if you have anything available - I gave my notice for my current place June 1st so I'm looking for middle of July/August 1 - Thank you for your time
