This set VERY least possible amount of toning !!! Even the 1 cent coin is 100% RED !!!
This set comes in an aftermarket plastic hard case.
The RCM stared using pliofilm sealed holders in 1961. This was because the one cent coin was prone to discolouring, making a brilliant , red PL65 CENT A RARITY. I can only assume that someone took this set out of the pliofilm and put it in a hard plastic holder defeating the purpose. How long before this coin turns red?
