JUST IN TIME FOR THE SUMMER HEAT
I have here a Mr. Cool DIY multizone heat pump – a 2-zone, 18K (18,000 BTU) 220V unit complete with all necessary installation lines and fittings.  

Purchased last September with the intention of installing it this past spring.  (This is my second Mr. Cool unit, the last was a 3-zone, 27K unit and I'm well satisfied with the performance as it has worked flawlessly over the past two winters.)

Initially planned to install this in two buildings running the longer line underground (in conduit) to heat both. Unfortunately, new design and installation (electrical) considerations mean I will have to go with two, smaller 110V units so the new 18K unit is redundant.

NIB The 18K unit and all its fittings have been stored dry and indoors in a 15°C climate controlled environment for the entirety of the past fall and winter since they arrived.  The boxes are factory-fresh; still strapped and sealed as received.

I paid $6785 Cdn for this (taxes and delivery included). Not the cheapest unit available but it is dependable and easily installed with common sense and a working knowledge of normal tools. If this 18K unit is of interest, make me an offer. Of course, I will have to take a hit but that is unavoidable. No reasonable offer refused.

          1.)  One (1), Mr. Cool DIY Outdoor Unit – 2-zone, 18K, Heat Pump. (One box)
          2.)  Two (2), DIY interior Wall Units: 12K and 9K. (Two boxes)
          3.)  One, (1) 75-foot, DIY Quick Connect line set consisting of a 50-foot, DIY line  set and a  25-foot line set with pre-charged joining connector. (Three boxes)
          4.)  One (1), 16-foot, DIY Quick Connect line set. (One box)
NOTE: The line sets may be configured with or without the pre-charged connector to give a 50-foot and a 41-foot line; a 66-foot and a 25-foot line; the original 75-foot and 16-foot lines or without the connector as a 50-foot and 16-foot, a 16 foot and 25 foot, or a 50-foot and 25-foot.

This is not a small unit. The outdoor unit itself weighs in at 125 lbs.
No Outdoor Line Guards or Outdoor Mounting Bracket included as I intended to obtain these locally. Mini Stat thermostat control from first installed unit is available if requested. Still in box. I have never used it.
