The Addition is one open concept room. It has a 14,000 BTU Air Conditioner, L-Shape Couch, Oak Dining Table (with leaf) and six (6) chairs. Patio Doors, Hide-Away-Bar, Window Blinds, New Fridge, 65” TV and a Home Audio Receiver attached to speakers to play tunes on the back deck.
The back Deck is 14ish X 16. Equipped with Patio furniture, Outdoor Shower (with a water on demand gas unit), a 100” Screen, Toshiba Projector, BBQ and a Gas Fire Table.
In the front of the site is a pebbled area with a one-of-a kind Fire Pit and an extra water tap for watering plants or washing Decks or your Golf Cart.
Off to the side in the front of the site is a Gazebo Covered Deck 12 X 12. This area is equipped with Patio Furniture, a 40” TV, Dart Board along with a feature wall which has an electric wall fireplace installed.
The site exhibits an outdoor kitchen. This area a double sink with hot water from another water on demand. Granite counter top, propane stovetop, BBQ, Blackstone griddle, and a propane double basket deep fryer (Great for making French Fries)
