Selling my 5000 BTU window air conditioner. It still works great. I bought it from Canadian Tire a few years ago. I'm visually impaired, so I can't read the brand name on the unit, but it's a basic, manual model with two knobs. Top knob - thermostat. Bottom knob - fan and A/C modes (off → Fan high → AC high → AC low → Fan low). I've just pulled it out of my storage closet, it hasn't been used yet this season. But I tested it and it still cools just fine. I'm not going to need it this summer since my new basement apartment stays cool on its own. So I'm letting it go. Due to my vision, the photo I took might not be perfect, but it should give you a basic idea. Asking $70, just in time for next week's heat wave. I'm in the extreme East End of Scarborough, just minutes off the 401 at the Port Union Rd. exit.
