2012 Ford Escape being sold as is. The car starts, runs, and drives fine. It is being sold AS IS because the subframe has rusted too much and requires new brake pads, rotors, and other things in order to pass inspection. I can provide the list at request. I have decided that instead of doing the repairs I am just going to sell it.
