I can provide first and last month's rent immediately and have excellent references available, including my current and previous landlords as well as my employer. I am a quiet, responsible tenant—non-smoker with no pets.

I currently reside on Maryknoll Rd in Chatham, where I've lived for nearly four years. I rent a one-bedroom basement apartment for $1,775/month and am now on a month-to-month lease.

I work part-time at a restaurant for which I receive bi-weekly cash payments. I am also a recipient of the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), which reliably covers my rent and living expenses. My partner is also an ODSP recipient. Proof of income from the past several years is available upon request.
