We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our roofing team. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in construction or roofing, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate estimates
• Present and sell roofing solutions to residential and/or commercial clients
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Work closely with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet sales targets and company goals
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales (roofing or construction experience is a major asset)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs (if needed)
Compensation:
• 100% commission (based on experience)
• Bonuses for hitting targets
• Flexible schedule
