the name is SILPADA.DESIGNS.I WAS TOLD IT WAS STERLING SILVER BUT IM NOT SURE .I know it's heavy n keeps good time ..its 4 inches across from one side to other side. brown leather strap. don't know who it would be good for .maybe some just want it on their arm or leg for a reason.
