Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Home plus Stone, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and promoting our marble products and services. You will be expected to engage with both commercial and residential clients, provide quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell marble panels and related products to potential clients (both commercial and residential).

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Provide accurate product information, quotes, and estimates to clients.

Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience, preferably in the construction or interior design industry (marble, granite, or stone sales experience is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of marble products and installation processes is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
