Due to moving out of province with my wife and newborn, we have decided to sell our trailer. With our sudden move due to work we weren't able to complete the renovation project and the price reflects that. The rear room will be completed paint by the time of sale. As well as a top to bottom cleaning of inside and outside.

Things done to trailer:
- complete new slide floor. Weather proofed and slides great.
- new flooring throughout(except bathroom which there is left over matching flooring to complete).
- beautiful trim throughout(Not the usual cheap rv trim)
- rear room complete paint
- new deep cycle rv/marine battery

Items to still be installed but comes with purchase:
- awning for the slide.(will add link at bottom)
- flooring and paint in bathroom.
- another coat of paint on main area of trailer.
- replacement fabric for main awning
- tv mounts x2
- led lights

Additional items to come with trailer:
- weight distribution hitch
- hoses
- wheel chalks
- rubber stabilizer pads
