The house is located about a 10 minute bus ride to the University of Calgary and a 5 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk to Brentwood station. Convenient location if you do not own a vehicle. In addition, if you like going for daily walks, we are directly beside a dog park and Nose Hill park.

The room is $400 without utilities, security deposit $250. Utilities is split by the number of rooms in the house (6), estimated around $80/month. The room is furnished already, however if you would like to bring in your own furniture, we could move things around.
