Storm Electric is seeking a 309A electrician & 309A apprentice (2nd year or greater). Our field of work encompasses all aspects of the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Our service area of coverage includes the GTA and all surrounding areas. The jobs range from service calls to capital projects. Candidate must be willing to travel from site to site where required.

We provide our customers with a full-service solution for all their electrical needs with a strong focus on building long term relationships. We assist our clientele with day-to-day support as well as large projects. Storm Electric aims to be the last call our clients ever need to make by ensuring we have a depth of technical expertise across all departments plus attentive service and top notch quality that keeps them coming back. Customer service is a particularly important part of our business.

The candidate will be directly interacting with clients and must be good under pressure, have a pleasant demeanor, clean cut and present well, be well spoken and articulate plus have a solid grasp of the English language (spoken and written). The candidate must also have a keen sense of attention to details and must excel at record keeping. Electronic work order system is implemented, and the candidate will be expected to be able to use it.

Requirements of Journeyman candidate:
• 309A Journeyman -Electrician - Construction and Maintenance License (Minimum of 2 years).
• Served full apprenticeship in Canada.
• Drivers license in good standing with clean drivers abstract.
• No criminal record.
• Own hand tools and vehicle (service van will be provided after probation period).
• Possess a current Working at Height certificate.
• Be computer and smart phone literate.
• Available for on-call emergency service (on rotation with other members of the team. After hours calls are a requirement of this position)
• Good trouble shooting skills ability to work with others or alone.
