If you have a high quality amp...these should be a strong contender for the price. Sound v nice on my 40 watt Icon Audio tube amp.

Very nice especially on vocals - smooth, sweet, lots of detail. And the bass is way better than you'd expect for the size - digs deep enough to get your attention, but more importantly has a great tone and detail.

Especially good if your space is limited. Small footprint, and dont need to sit out from wall. Ported for bass to the front. Skinny and good looking = easy wife approval.

Rated down to 38 hz. (I think lowest note on 4 string bass be 41). Bottom firing low bass just above the front port at bottom of cabinet.

Seen very forgiving as to what amp is used. I tried them for awhile on a $500 Pioneer SX-3800 receiver with 60 watts. Sounded good, useable certainly - although not what Im hearing now on $4000 worth of gear.

Nicely built with what looks like real veneer on hi density mdf?

Few small nicks on the black cabs, but no chips or chunks missing. Would touch up v nice with bit of black.

Grills good. One grill mounting lug broken.

Surrounds all good - looks like bextrene not foam on front facing drivers. Bottom bass drivers have had rubber surrounds pro replaced within past couple years.

Some specs I found (hifiengine.com} say 90 dB efficient, but maybe better than that? 60 watts certainly enough in a small to mid size room. In a big room they like having the 125 watts of the Yamaha M45.

Size: 58 inches high, x 6.5 wide, by 8 inches deep. Base is 12 x 13 at rear.
