Just bought this scooter for my daughter on June 5 and picked it up on June 13. Took my daughter out and realized it's too much scooter for her. EZ rides refused to take back the unit or exchange it for another brand. Was told they do not carry Segway scooters even though it's listed on their site. Terrible company and now my only option is to sell it at a loss.
