Restoration technician / Labourer
Typical Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting with Demolition and Removal:
Removing debris, materials, and damaged items from work areas.
• Cleaning and Preparing Work Areas:
Cleaning and preparing areas for restoration work, including site protection and moving contents.
• Assisting with Restoration Tasks:
Assisting with various restoration tasks, such as drying out areas, removing mold, or replacing damaged materials.
• Maintaining Equipment:
Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle and equipment, as well as inventorying and loading supplies.
• Following Safety Guidelines:
Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures, including WHMIS and traffic control training.
• Communication and Collaboration:
Working collaboratively with other team members and communicating with customers and management.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Basic Physical Skills: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials.
• Basic Construction Skills: Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
• Willingness to Learn: Openness to learning new skills and techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and ensure work is completed properly.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow them.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Previous Experience: Previous experience in construction, restoration, or similar fields is often preferred.

• Valid Drivers licence prefferd
