Great little starter trailer. The interior is solid: appliances all work, bathroom is functional, Fridge/Freezer are very reliable. Shower works great, toilet flushes and there are no leaks.

Most importantly, the AC works! Keeps the trailer very cool. The heater also works.

It has a main queen bed, and the dinette folds down for another bed that sleeps 2. There is a 3rd bed that folds out above the dinette, but it's weird.

Kitchen is fully functional, stove/oven and a dual sink which is very helpful.


The exterior is in rough condition. The exterior lights need to be replaced; I have the replacements, just not the ability to replace them. The awning is off, and needs to be reattached. One of the mount/stands doesn't work, I just use a portable one instead which I can include.

I added extra sealant to the windows, nothing was wrong with them, I was just paranoid. This looks ugly, and should be cleaned up.


Overall, it has good bones, and the fundamentals are solid, but it has cosmetics issues and a few other things that need to be fixed.

It's showing it's age a bit, and I don't have the skills to keep it going. Also need to sell due to medical reasons.

Because of the issues, I've reduced the price down to 6k, but honestly all reasonable offers will be considered.
