Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global B2B sales strategies
Manage relationships with distributors and retailers
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Build and lead a high-performing sales team
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to optimize performance
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (musical instrument industry a plus)
Proven track record of achieving sales goals
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Passion for music and understanding of international markets
