i provide a twin bed (but i am switching to a double bed soon), and desk and chair, rug, some float shelves ( i have yet to install)
* you can use bedding i provide or buy your own ..

i am located 5 minutes away, by bus, from a local metro point

store services (food, tims, subway, , banking, pharmaprix) is 6 blocks away

there are many restaurants near along cote de neige street..mcdonalds, starbucks, etc
