It has been fully reconditioned with all new gaskets and refractory fire bricks. It has a water reservoir and a blue motif pattern on the backsplash that was a custom order when the unit was originally manufactured. The ULC tag is intact and easily readable. This unit does come with a low clearance heat shield which was also an additional option when the unit was originally purchased. It also includes the manual.
