We have for rent a room on the main floor of a clean house located in the Brentwood neighborhood. Just minutes away from the Brentwood LRT station as well as the University of Calgary. The room can be either furnished or not depending on your situation. Common space includes kitchen, living room and bathroom. You can use any of the items in the common area and all utilities are included in the rent including high speed internet.All of the roommates are students, there are 2 guys and 1 girl. 2 of us are graduate students at the University of Calgary and the girl who lives in the basement is taking disability studies. Also it is kind of important that you are into dogs as I have a larger breed puppy/young dog who is full of energy and it would be a total plus if you interacted with him or even occasionally took him for walks. We are all quite personable and get along, though we all take our studies seriously, so ideally another student or at least another person who closely matches our schedules, such as someone who works regular hours would be ideal.
