Softride Access Rack System hitch bike rack (for 2" hitch receiver). Spring-loaded parallelogram frame design allows rack to be lowered with bikes attached to access back hatch/trunk. Capable of supporting multiple bikes in different configurations, but best suited for round tube bike frames. (Not suitable for heavy MTN bikes or e-bikes.) Comes with 4 integrated straps and 2 hook & loop straps as shown, and a (non-locking) hitch bolt. Support arms can be quickly and easily removed for storage.

(I don't recall the official weight capacity rating, but I believe it can hold up to four (4) 30 lb. bikes. Additional straps would be required to hold more than two bikes.)
