One good size bedroom with a private bathroom in my fully furnished basement for rent on Cleveland Ave, Riverview, NB E1B 1Y1.

I am looking for one person only with a stable job or student.

Shared entrance and no kitchen in the basement. You will be the only person to live in the basement but with shared access to the laundry room and I will need to access the storage room in the basement sometime.
Single burner, slow cooker, toaster, toaster oven, sofa, personal fridge, microwave, and 55" Smart TV are provided in the sitting room.

5-min walking distance to amenities like Tims, Superstore, Wendy, McDonald's, Subway etc nearby and on bus route 81. 10 minutes drive to UdeM/NBCC.
Fully furnished basement in a raised ranch, modern house with queen bed, office desk and chair. Wifi is included and my prime video is complimentary as guest account on the Smart TV.
All bedding are provided and utilities are inclusive. You just need to provide your own food and personal consumables.

The basement has one large bedroom, one private full bathroom with bath tub, one large sitting room, and one shared laundry room.
Private access to your own bathroom and shared access to the laundry room in the basement. There is only 1 shared entrance in the house so there is no private entrance to the basement.
No smoking is allowed, both inside and outside the house. The only exception to this is if you have your own vehicle, you can smoke inside your car.

The rent is $900 a month
$900 security deposit is required
Rent is month to month. The rent includes heat and light, laundry, and wifi.
Private parking for 1 car is available.

I have a small dog. You should not be allergic to dog and I am not looking to another pet brought into the house.

Date of availability is July 1st or June 27th, assuming my current tenant leaves on the 26th as planned. If you need a few days off than those specified, we can discuss but not a week off those dates.
