12 000 BTU air conditioner bought in 2024. Looks brand new and suprisingly quiet for it's power. It's also energy-star (low electricity consumption). Can cool a 3 1/2 within a few hours. Only selling because i'm moving in a condo with central AC included. Asking 200$ (way under it's value but I have to sell fast).
