- NO SMOKING INDOORS
- NO DOGS OR CATS OVER 10LBS all dog poo must be cleaned up
- NO GLASS ALOUD OUTSIDE CANS AND PLASTIC ONLY
- CHECK IN 12PM CHECK OUT 4PM
- MUST BE OVER 25 years of age
- MUST HAVE ONTARIO LICENSE AND PRESENT VALID ID of both people staying PRIOR TO PAYMENT
- MUST BE CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL OF PROPERTY AND ACCOMMODATION
- MUST BRING OWN COOKWARE BBQ AVAILABLE
- MUST BRING OWN BEDDING
- MUST LEAVE ACCOMMODATIONS THE WAY YOU FOUND IT
