Student Apartment near Western University

-Must be a registered (Male) student at western university, Fanshawe college, or other.. (It is an all students building)

Room is on the 10th floor in a corner unit (The best ones in my opinion). Rent is $725 a month all inclusive (hydro, wifi, shuttle, etc..)

I have a contract from now until End of April 2026. I no longer need the apartment so I am looking to lease it out for that period, or if you would prefer, you can takeover my contract which would allow you to secure lower pricing if you wanted to keep the apartment after this period (while you finish your degree).

There is a gym, movie theatre, study space, laundry room (pay per use -I can give you my laundry card so you don't have to do the buy in) etc.. all located in the basement of the building. They offer parking indoor and out for an extra monthly fee (Think $60 and $40 respectfully but you can confirm pricing with the apartment themselves).

For western students they also offer a shuttle service. I used it this past year and it is pretty slick (it is free and gets you to campus in about 20 minutes)
-It is also fairly close to public transportation for bussing, or during the summer I usually bike to campus. Takes about 15 minutes and you can do 90% of the trip through the park.

The apartment itself has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. You share a kitchen and living room. There is also a shared storage room. You share a bathroom with one other person. Wifi is good, but there is no ethernet. Room is second biggest in the building and has a nice view. There are two elevators and stairs at both ends of the building.

The room comes with a standard desk and chair. Also a bed with mattress, and closet. The kitchen has 1 fridge but I found it to be constricting with 4 people. I have personal fridge and freezer I can sell to you if you would like, or Walmart usually has good deals coming up to start of school year.
