Landlords beware: This home was completely renovated and was destroyed by Carrigon Guthro so I can np longer rent it. I am sorry for the delays for others to have a home. Getting rent from Carrigon is like pulling teeth and she still owe for past rent.
Carrigon also left mattresses and garbage all over the property and failed to mow. The house is a pig sty at the moment . I have to hire carpenters , cleaners and painters . This is a colossal mess with great damage . Her 2 small children could not have done this damage. This is unfit for children . Carrigon alone did this damage. The house was unkept and never washed. Her dog destroyed the door frames and baseboards. Carrigon shows no respect for others. I will loose many months rent before I get this fixed up.
