Two rooms available now in the North End in a 4-bedroom home, shared with two women in their 20s (I'm an accountant in the CPA program, and the roommate in the basement is a server who lives in the basement with her own bathroom). Bedroom 1 is upstairs (will be unfurnished) and bedroom 2 is on the main floor (unfurnished). You'll be sharing a bathroom with me and the other new roommate. The living room is fully furnished and our kitchen has plenty of cooking and dishware. There is a beautiful back yard with lots of plants if you're into gardening, that would be a bonus! We also have a fully functional BBQ out back as well. Laundry is in unit and we have parking available for 3 vehicles. As well, there is a bus stop at the end of our street, with the 29 going downtown and to SMU.

We're friendly, clean, and enjoy the occasional social night but also value a respectful, relaxed home. Ideal for students or young professionals.

These rooms are available immediately, and a new lease is beginning September 1st.

Nothing is included in rent, we split internet, power, and water 4 ways, we are also responsible for the cost to fill the oil tank back to full upon leaving. For internet, power and water the estimated monthly cost is roughly $70 per person.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - $850 roughly $70 utilities per month
Bedroom 2 (main floor) - $800 roughly $70 utilities per month.
